01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ez69 ("ez69", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ez69 website located at ez69.win and all associated services, games, software, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any portion of the ez69 platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;
• Your use of the ez69 platform is for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only.

These Terms are effective immediately upon your first use of the ez69 platform and shall remain in effect for the duration of your registered account. Ez69 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The ez69 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 21+  Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Ez69 employs mandatory age verification procedures at account registration. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any account holder at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, and any balance will be returned to the depositing payment method after identity verification.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the ez69 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Ez69 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate, available, or legal in all jurisdictions. Access to ez69 is void wherever prohibited by applicable law. Players in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited must not use the platform.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one (1) ez69 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether individually or in concert with others, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the ez69 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ez69 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Ez69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify ez69 support immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Ez69 may at any time request identity verification documents including, but not limited to, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary restriction of withdrawal services until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Currency

All ez69 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in MYR. No currency conversion is applied by ez69 to MYR transactions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Ez69 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, and internet banking via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your ez69 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Ez69 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to payment provider capabilities. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Ez69 does not guarantee specific processing times but targets completion of Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals within 20 minutes of approval, and all other Malaysian bank channel withdrawals within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during verification procedures or periods of high withdrawal volume.

4.3 Wagering Requirement Before Withdrawal

Deposit funds not subject to any active bonus offer may be withdrawn subject to standard identity verification. Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus must be satisfied before the bonus component of any balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each bonus are disclosed at the time of opt-in.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Ez69 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions:

• One Promotion per player per household unless otherwise specified;
• Promotions are available to registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Ez69 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any player found to be abusing Promotions, including through multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage, or collusion, may have Promotions voided and account suspended;
• Ez69's decision on matters relating to Promotions is final and binding.

06 Gaming Rules

Each game category available on the ez69 platform — including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and poker — is governed by specific game rules available within the relevant game interface or game lobby. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by recognised international testing laboratories. All live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by human dealers operating under controlled conditions. Ez69 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on long-run statistical averages; they do not guarantee results in any individual session.

Sportsbook odds are set and managed by ez69's trading team. Ez69 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error. In the event of a technical fault affecting a game or sportsbook event outcome, ez69 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its reasonable discretion.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ez69 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or illicit financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any corrupt activity related to sports events listed on the ez69 sportsbook;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the ez69 software or platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ez69 staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

Ez69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals from the potential harms of problem gambling. Ez69 provides all registered players with direct access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a set gaming session duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude your account from the ez69 platform (minimum 30 days, up to permanent).

These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed for the stated duration. 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ez69 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and visual materials, is the property of ez69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ez69 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ez69 content without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ez69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ez69 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling winnings due to technical faults or service interruptions;
• Errors in game results caused by system malfunctions, where such errors are corrected by voiding affected bets and refunding stakes;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or services provided by third parties accessible through the ez69 platform.

Ez69's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

Ez69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Age verification reveals or suggests the account holder is under 21;
• Identity verification documents requested have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• Ez69 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing is detected.

In the event of account termination for a breach of these Terms, ez69 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons not related to player misconduct (for example, regulatory withdrawal from a market), any remaining player balance will be returned to the depositing payment method following identity verification.

12 Amendments to Terms

Ez69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided through a notification on the ez69 platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the ez69 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ez69 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ez69 platform shall first be submitted to ez69's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Ez69 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence ez69 operates.
